The Role of Area Specification Manager:

The successful Area Specification Manager will gain specifications and track projects maintaining solid relationships with specifiers, developers, housing associations and contractors
The Area Specification Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the client base in the specified regions by identifying and securing specification opportunities.

The Candidate for the Area Specification Manager:

Experience of selling to housebuilders / developers / specifiers – you could have sold plumbing /HVAC / interior products

OR

Experience of selling electrical products as a Branch Manager or Area Sales Manager either for a wholesaler or manufacturer to contractors or specifiers.

The Package on offer for the Area Specification Manager:

£45,000-£50,000
