Regional Sales Manager – South East

This is a role that will lead to management. They are looking for someone to develop this into a leadership role and build a team around them as the business grows. You don’t need previous management experience, you do need knowledge of their product range and the commercial aptitude to take on the scope of the role.

Sales experience within the electrical market is essential and you need to have a knowledge of site electrics from a cabling, lighting or power background. You will need to be self-reliant, engaging and assertive operating in a structured sales environment as well as professional, highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Basic £50,000 plus £15,000 bonus, Hybrid Car, Pension Package
